So you've found yourself on another ADHD coaching site, and you're wondering, "Does this actually work? Or is this whole thing a scam?". Your skepticism is completely understandable! Coaching is a nebulous concept, and many people are unclear how it differs from other solutions like therapy. In this article, I'll tackle your most common coaching questions using research so you can form opinions based on objective measurements rather than marketing hype.
What is ADHD coaching?

Some coaching certification groups offer blended coaching fundamentals courses, but this is an approach I personally disagree with.
