Package Pricing

Like most other coaching services, my coaching is sold in 12 session packages.

Why is the package 12 sessions? 

This is standard across the industry, and researchers use 12 sessions as a benchmark when conducting ADHD coaching studies. It's easy to follow new routines and habits for a few weeks, but it takes time to see if those changes will stick. The goal of coaching is not to offer quick fixes, but rather to adapt and tweak the plan until we've landed on something that can work long term.

Why is coaching sold in a package?

ADHDers tend to burn out on coaching around the 4th session. By selling this in a package, it serves as a nudge to stick with it and commit to the full 12 sessions.

Can I get a refund if I don't complete the 12 sessions? 

Yes! We can terminate the coaching at any time, for any reason, and you would be refunded for the remaining sessions.
