Cancellation Policy

Payment Policies: Coaching sessions are billed in packages of 12 sessions, paid prior to the first service, for the total amount of $1500 plus applicable taxes ($125 per session plus applicable taxes). Additional sessions can be booked outside the 12 session package for existing clients at the same rate of $125 per session plus applicable taxes. Payments will be made using a secure and professional payment platform. Coaching sessions will be held via video conferencing/teleconferencing or by phone as agreed to by the parties and at a time mutually agreed upon. Each Coaching session will be 50 minutes in length. Cancellation Policies: Client agrees and acknowledges that if Client needs to cancel a Coaching session, Client will notify NeuroCactus in writing 24 hours in advance of a scheduled Coaching session. The parties will work together to attempt to reschedule the missed session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours-notice, or no-shows, will be charged the full session fee. Emergency situations will be evaluated at the discretion of NeuroCactus. Likewise, NeuroCactus will notify Client in the event of the coach’s inability to conduct a Coaching session, and the parties will reschedule the session. If Client is more than 15 minutes late for a session, or if Client leaves a Coaching session early, the Client will be charged the full session fee. If Client arrives late for a session, that session will still end at the scheduled time. Purchased packages expire one year from the date of purchase. For Clients wanting ongoing support, Client may purchase additional 12 session packages at the above price after completion of the first 12 session package or single sessions for the same rate.
